Drop in provides me with a safe environment. It is centred round a joint mealtime that gives it a feeling of a family environment and support network that in my case is nonexistent in my life. There is also access to computers, phones and office facilities in a safe environment where I am not in constant fear of disclosure.

It's the only time I can relax and talk openly about HIV and I feel I'm with friends who really understand what I'm going through. The Support Co-ordinator is so supportive. I've joined Yoga, have had Reiki and have started counselling.

You are amongst other people who have been on the same journey I am starting now. They can answer your questions, are non judgemental and whole thing is relaxed.

I felt exceedingly welcome. It is important if not essential that someone is there should advice or support be needed.
