Membership Coordinator

35 hours per week, c£23K pa pro rata + benefits

This role is the first point of contact at Positive Action, providing a high standard of customer service and responding to enquiries from a wide range of sources in a professional, timely manner. You will provide information and signpost enquirers to other organisations or sources of support where appropriate. You will also administer the new membership scheme and provide administrative support for the Manager and Training Lead. Your excellent inter-personal, intra-personal and verbal communication skills will ideally have been gained working in a support services support role.

Training Lead

9 days per month, competitive salary + benefits

In this role you will deliver and facilitate a series of workshops on wellbeing and education to people living with HIV across Hampshire and Surrey. You will also organise training events and awareness sessions for professionals and volunteers. You will have a key role in the ongoing development of the training sessions, building on feedback from members of Positive Action and professionals. You will have a minimum of two years’ experience in developing and delivering training aimed at behaviour change but do not require a background in HIV or sexual health.
