How to Access Services

As an HIV+ person, you may refer yourself to Positive Action or you can ask your consultant, social worker, GP or other professional support worker to contact us to make a referral.

As a carer, partner or family member of a someone who is infected with HIV, you may contact us to refer yourself to Positive Action.

We will ask you to provide us with your contact details and complete a simple form – help can be provided to complete this if needed. We will also ask you to sign up to our Confidentiality Guidelines for Visitors and the Environment Code before sharing our address details.

You will be invited to attend one of the Centres or to make other suitable arrangements to meet one of the team to discuss your situation and how we can support you.
